Hygiene and Safety First
Because the Dormiva™ Anti-Snoring Mouth Guard is an intraoral medical device, strict hygiene and safety protocols apply. For the health and safety of our customers, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on any mouth guards where the box has been opened, the hygienic seal is broken, or the device has been molded or used.

We want you to have the best possible experience. If you have any issues with your device, the molding process, or general questions, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you!
Unopened Returns
We gladly accept returns of completely unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect item).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your Dormiva™ product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will promptly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
